This website is operated by Aeterna Rise LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter "Aeterna Rise", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using aeternarise.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website presents information about our services: company formation, residency visas, banking support, accounting and tax, corporate support, notary services, mortgages and related matters in the UAE.

3. No engagement without a signed agreement
Submitting a form, sending a message, booking a consultation or exchanging correspondence does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either side to proceed. We act for you only once a written service agreement has been signed by both parties and any agreed payment terms are met.
Prices, timelines and figures shown on the Website are indicative. The binding figures are those set out in your individual proposal and service agreement.
